Terms Of Service

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, purchasing a digital product, or commissioning graphic design or artwork services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing our services.

1. Our Services

We provide digital products and creative services that may include custom artwork, illustrations, character art, portraits, logos, emotes, banners, streaming graphics, social media designs, branding materials, downloadable graphics, and other digital creative products.

Specific features, deliverables, file formats, revision limits, and estimated completion times may vary depending on the product or service purchased.

2. Customer Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or communicating with us.

This may include your name, email address, billing information, project requirements, reference materials, preferred style, dimensions, text, and other information necessary to complete your order.

You are responsible for reviewing the information you provide. We are not responsible for errors or delays resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary.

An order may be cancelled or declined if:

  • We are unable to provide the requested service
  • Required project information is not provided
  • There is an obvious pricing or listing error
  • The requested content violates applicable law or our policies
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized payment activity
  • We are unable to verify necessary order information

If we cancel a paid order before work has started, an appropriate refund will generally be provided.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices for digital products and creative services are displayed on our website or communicated before an order is confirmed.

Prices, packages, promotions, product offerings, and service features may change from time to time.

Payment may be required in full or according to the payment terms communicated for the applicable project.

Orders may not begin until the required payment has been successfully received or authorized.

5. Custom Artwork and Design Requirements

Customers purchasing custom artwork or graphic design services are responsible for providing clear and accurate project instructions.

This may include reference images, design preferences, colors, text, dimensions, character information, branding materials, or other specifications.

The final design will be created based on the information and references provided by the customer.

Minor creative differences between a customer’s reference or expectations and the completed artwork do not necessarily mean that the product is defective.

6. Customer-Provided Materials

By providing photographs, images, logos, text, characters, trademarks, graphics, or other materials for use in a project, you represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, consent, or permission to provide and use those materials for the requested purpose.

You are responsible for the materials and instructions you provide to us.

We reserve the right to decline requests that we reasonably believe infringe intellectual property rights, violate applicable law, or otherwise cannot appropriately be fulfilled.

7. Production and Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. Unless specifically stated otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.

Delivery may occur through email, website download, customer account, secure download link, cloud storage, or another electronic method.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on project complexity, customer response time, requested revisions, workload, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our Digital Delivery Policy provides additional information regarding processing and delivery.

8. Drafts and Revisions

Custom projects may include a specified number of revisions depending on the package or service purchased.

Revision requests must remain reasonably consistent with the original project instructions.

A revision generally means an adjustment to the existing design. A request for a substantially different concept, composition, style, character, direction, or project scope may be considered additional work and may require additional payment.

Customers should carefully review drafts and previews before providing final approval.

9. Customer Approval

Where drafts or previews are provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, names, text, colors, layout, design elements, and other relevant details.

Once a customer approves the final design, changes requested afterward may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.

Approval of a design indicates that the customer accepts the elements reasonably visible in the approved version.

10. Digital Product Differences

Digital artwork may appear slightly different across screens, devices, applications, printers, or display settings due to differences in resolution, brightness, color calibration, compression, and software.

Such minor technical differences do not necessarily constitute a defect in the digital product.

11. Intellectual Property

Our website content, including our branding, logos, graphics, website design, product examples, text, illustrations, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit our website content without appropriate authorization.

12. Rights to Purchased Artwork

The rights provided with purchased artwork or graphic design depend on the applicable product, package, or agreement.

Purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer all copyrights or intellectual property rights unless such transfer is specifically stated in writing.

Where a product is licensed for personal use, the customer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the digital files.

Commercial-use rights, copyright transfers, source files, or exclusive rights are included only when specifically stated as part of the purchased service or separately agreed in writing.

13. Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed with the customer or restricted by applicable confidentiality obligations, we may display completed creative work as examples of our services in our portfolio, website, or promotional materials.

Where confidentiality or non-public treatment has been specifically agreed, we will handle the applicable work according to that agreement.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital products and custom-made artwork are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because custom creative services require time and work specifically dedicated to an individual customer’s project, refund eligibility may depend on the stage of production.

Completed or delivered digital products generally cannot be physically returned.

If there is a genuine technical issue, incorrect delivery, corrupted file, or material error on our part, please contact us so that we can review and resolve the issue.

15. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

You must not attempt to:

  • Interfere with the operation or security of our website
  • Gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Introduce malware or malicious code
  • Fraudulently obtain products, services, or refunds
  • Misuse or redistribute digital products contrary to their applicable license
  • Infringe intellectual property or other legal rights

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe our website or services are being misused.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, communication platforms, analytics services, social media platforms, and digital file delivery services.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, or independent actions of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

17. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain our website and digital services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Our website or services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, internet disruptions, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

18. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, service information, pricing, examples, and other website content are accurate.

However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or free from typographical or technical errors.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors and update website information where appropriate.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our website, digital products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to investigate orders that reasonably appear fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

We may maintain reasonable records of payments, customer communications, project instructions, revisions, approvals, and digital delivery for transaction verification, customer support, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

21. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our website or services where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, infringed another person’s rights, or otherwise improperly used our services.

22. Changes to Our Services

We may update, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue products, services, website features, packages, or policies from time to time.

Where appropriate, existing paid orders will continue to be handled according to the terms applicable when the order was placed.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will become effective when published unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of our website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
